At Embroider Me Baby, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details, including spelling, names, dates, capitalization, and formatting, before submitting their order. Items are personalized exactly as entered at checkout, and Embroider Me Baby is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@embroidermebaby.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly. If an error is confirmed on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
